What do you need for social media content creation? My setup for video creation is pretty simple. You don’t need super expensive gear to get quality results. Most of your audience will be viewing your content on mobile, so having a $5000 camera is not often needed. For example, I’m shooting this course on an old Canon EOS1100D that I have had for many years, plus later on I will switch to an Iphone 10xr, as Smartphone cameras are actually getting really good. I have a cheap ring light from Ebay just to boost the brightness, a couple of tripods and a tripod cradle for my phone. Audio is going to be your biggest expense… I can handle slightly low resolution video, but crisp clear audio is a must. I use a Sanson Q2U podcasting mic on a boom arm for my audio, but you could just grab a decent lapel mic for a similar outcome
