In this 30 minute reflection, think about your brand voice, and write down some ideas on what your company should sound like. Poll former customers to see what they think your brand voice was, and make any necessary alterations going forward.
Refer to your “brand voice” when making new content to ensure that you keep it consistent.
In this reflection exercise, think about what your company sounds like, if it had a voice, what would that voice be? What do other people think your company or brand would sound like? Write this down and refer back to your voice when you are creating content.
Your company is not what you think it is, it’s what your potential customers say it is, so do some research, ask former customers through surveys. Did you appear trustworthy? Would they buy again? If so, why? Why not? Did they resonate with your tone? Why? Why not? What would they like to see from you in future content?
